Customer Review: Does exactly what I needed

This tripod adapter works fine and holds my very old K&E transit to a new tripod. My only complaint is that the external threads are VERY sharp. I cut my hands up a couple of times (the first time I did not know where the cuts came from) removing the transit from the tripod. Knocking the edges off with a file solved the problem, but it would be nice if the manufacturer had done it.
